Aspectos básicos de la propagación in vitro del género Pinus por organogénesis
Resumen
La regeneración de plantas in vitro del género Pinus por embriogénesis somática ha sido muy estudiada. Sin embargo, el establecimiento in vitro de plantas a partir brotes apicales y su multiplicación han sido alternativas menos analizadas y en consecuencia se ha limitado la obtención de plantas regeneradas por organogénesis capaces de logar con éxito la supervivencia en la fase de aclimatización. El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de presentar una revisión de la literatura científica sobre la propagación in vitro por organogénesis del género Pinus, incluyendo un análisis de los principales factores que de alguna forma podrían afectar el éxito de la regeneración de plantas por este método, con énfasis en la formación de raíces tanto in vitro como ex vitro.
